    Refer someone to Xllent Build and, if they sign a building contract valued at $5,000 or more, you’ll receive a Prezzy® Card worth 1% of the signed contract value, up to a maximum reward of $5,000.

  • For example:

    If your referral signs a $50,000 building contract, you’ll receive a $500 Prezzy® Card as our way of saying thank you

    You can also refer yourself ! If you own an investment property, rental property, holiday home or another property and engage Xllent Build for a qualifying project, you can receive the same reward.

  • Simply Tell Us

    Ask your friend or family member to mention your name when they first contact us, or send us their details with their permission. Once their contract is signed, the deposit has been received and work has commenced, we’ll arrange your reward.

  • Terms & Conditions

    1, Referral rewards apply to new clients only.
    2, The referred client must mention the referrer's name before or during the initial consultation.
    3, The referral reward is calculated at 1% of the signed contract value, up to a maximum reward of $5000.
    4, The reward is issued as a Prezzy® Card and is not redeemable for cash.
    5, Rewards are issued after the contract is signed, the deposit has been received, and work has commenced.
    6, Xllent Build reserves the right to amend or withdraw this programme at any time.
